The rules for using Housieve. Short on purpose.
Housieve reads property listings from public portals, scores them, and sends alerts you configure. Scores are automated estimates, not valuations or advice. Check anything that matters with an agent or solicitor before acting on it.
One account per person. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your login, including watch profiles and notification channels you attach.
Alerts go out as fast as the scrapers, queues and your providers allow. Same-day is the aim, instant is not promised. A missed alert is never grounds for a claim.
Do not scrape Housieve itself, resell the feed, share logins across a team on a single-user plan, or use alerts to spam third parties. Breach can mean suspension or deletion without refund of the current period.
Free limits are stated on signup. Paid plans bill through Stripe per the plan terms shown at checkout, renew until cancelled, and cancel at period end. Quotas reset each billing period and do not roll over.
Listing content comes from third-party portals and can be wrong, stale or withdrawn. Housieve is provided as is. Liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and never covers a property decision.
